Schedule of Classes

Class structure (60-90 minutes):
    warm-up
       yoga poses
           final relaxation
            (breathing exercises)

Weekly Scheduled Classes (2008):

Wednesday NIGHT, 6:00-7:15pm in Room 3. Mixed-level yoga class.

Good for advanced-beginners, intermediates or beginners in good health (without major physical limitations).

Poses include: standing, seated, forward bending, back bending, balancing and twists. Class may also include more vigorous flow sequences and an occasional inversion (shoulderstand).

Location: Courthouse Athletic Club (Battle Creek Club) on Commercial St SE - Salem, OR.

Friday (9:00-10:15am) in Room 1. Gentle Yoga. Appropriate for beginners.

Poses can be modified for those with physical limitations or recovering from injury (please consult with physician first before undergoing any sort of new regimen).

Bring: Yourself, an empty stomach, and these yoga props: a yoga mat, strap, & block. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to check in and get settled.
